Importing paintball guns into Australia

The following information is direct from the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service, and was current at April 2009.

The importation of paintball firearms (also known as paintball markers and skirmish paint guns) is controlled under the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 (the Regulations). Importers must first obtain permission to bring these goods into Australia.
